Box Office General Information
Please note that not all events may be available for online ordering. Ticket sales go offline at least 48 hours before an event. There is a convenience fee of $2 per ticket to order online (in addition to the $4 handling fee per order). All fees are non-refundable.

All tickets must be paid for at time of order. We accept the following methods of payment: cash, check, or VISA/Mastercard. There is a non-refundable $4.00 handling fee for each phone, mail and fax order.

The Box Office phone number is 541.779.3000. Box Office phones are staffed during the hours listed above. You may call the Box Office 24 hours a day to hear recorded event information.
When ordering tickets by phone, please have the following information ready: name and phone number, address, the event, date and time of event, quantity and price of tickets, and VISA or Mastercard number and expiration date.
To order tickets by mail or by fax (541-779-8175), please download our Ticket Order Form (in PDF format). Although you may mail or fax orders in anytime, mailed and faxed orders will be processed during normally scheduled box office hours (listed below).
- Delivery/Will Call

Tickets ordered within ten days of the event will be held at the Box Office. Otherwise, tickets will be mailed within two business days of receipt of your order.
- Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable (except for members at the 4-star level and above — see front of order form for details). If you are unable to use your Craterian Performances tickets, you may return them to the Box Office prior to the event and claim them as a charitable donation.
- Exchanges

Exchange privileges are for Craterian Performances’ members only. Exchanges must be made in person at least 48 hours prior to the performance date. Original tickets must be presented for exchange. There is a handling fee of $2.00 per ticket. Price variations are refunded in Craterian gift certificates good for Craterian Performances’ current season only.
- Rush Tickets

As a special member benefit, a limited number of half-price rush tickets may be available for selected Craterian Performances presentations that are not sold out. Rush tickets may be purchased in person at the Box Office three hours prior to curtain time and are limited to two per event. Seating locations for rush tickets will be assigned by the Box Office. Craterian Performances reserves the right to determine quantity and location of rush ticket seats, subject to availability. No exchanges for previously purchased tickets.

Gift certificates in any denomination can be purchased and redeemed at the Box Office.

- From front Theater entrance, walk down alley way to the left of the Theater
- Turn Left at end of Alley on Bartlett
- Immediatly on your left is the entrance to the Box Office
