About the Event

Founded in 1937, The American Boychoir has become “one of the finest musical ensembles in the country.” Under the direction of Fernando Malvar-Ruiz, this exceptionally talented and diverse group of fourth through eighth grade boys has been invited to sing for every U.S. President since John F. Kennedy, and performed with such world-class names as the New York Philharmonic, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Beyoncé, Sir Paul McCartney, Wynton Marsalis and Yo-Yo Ma. With countless international and national TV and radio appearances to their credit, including the Academy Awards, these young and enthusiastic vocalists continue to spread a message of hope through their exquisite artistry.
