This young Portland-based company has won raves for its fresh, adventurous approach to modern dance, for its mix of free-wheeling creativity and classical technique. Under the bold leadership of Artistic Director Sarah Slipper, NDP specializes in new pieces by such acclaimed choreographers as Andrea Miller, Benoit-Swan Pouffer, and Maurice Causey.
