On non-event days:
Tuesday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.
On event days:
Tuesday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. – performance time
Saturday, Sunday & Monday: 12 noon – performance time
Payment Methods
All tickets must be paid for at time of order. We accept the following methods of payment: cash, check, or VISA/MasterCard/Discover/American Express. There is a non-refundable $5.00 handling fee for each phone, mail and fax order.
Ordering by Phone, Mail or Fax
When ordering tickets by phone, please have the following information ready: name and phone number, address, the event, date and time of event, quantity and price of tickets, and credit card number and expiration date.
To order tickets by mail or by fax (541-779-8175), please download our Ticket Order Form. Although you may mail or fax orders in anytime, mailed and faxed orders will be processed during normally scheduled box office hours.
There is a $5.00 handling fee for all phone, mail and fax orders.
Ordering Online
Please note that not all events may be available for online ordering. Ticket sales go offline 30 minutes before the event. There is a convenience fee of $2.50 per ticket to order online (in addition to the $5 handling fee per order). All fees are non-refundable.
Delivery/Will Call
Purchased tickets may be (1) delivered digitally to your email (print at home or mobile QR code), (2) held at the Box Office for pick up, or (3) mailed via USPS. There is a $2.50 fee for all mailed orders, except for Craterian Members (exempt from ticket order mail fees). Within ten days of the event, tickets will be held at the Box Office or delivered digitally.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable (except for members at the 4-star level and above — see front of order form for details). If you are unable to use your Craterian Performances tickets, you may return them to the Box Office prior to the event and claim them as a charitable donation.
Exchanges
Exchange privileges are for Craterian Performances’ members only. Exchanges must be made in person at least 48 hours prior to the performance date. Original tickets must be presented for exchange. There is a handling fee of $2.50 per ticket. There are no refunds for price variations.
Rush Tickets
As a special member benefit, a limited number of half-price rush tickets may be available for selected Craterian Performances presentations that are not sold out. Rush tickets may be purchased in person at the Box Office three hours prior to curtain time and are limited to two per event. Seating locations for rush tickets will be assigned by the Box Office. Craterian Performances reserves the right to determine the quantity and location of rush ticket seats, subject to availability. No exchanges for previously purchased tickets.
Group Sales and Lost Tickets
Discounts on group sales may be available & lost tickets are subject to a $2.50 (per ticket) reprinting fee. Please contact the Box Office at 541-779-3000 for information.
Gift Cards
Gift cards in any denomination can be purchased and redeemed at the Box Office.
