About the Event
The story of ‘Stone Soup’ is recreated by puppets and set in the snowy arctic, where a fox, walrus and other animals figure out to share food so everyone can enjoy a delicious meal!
‘Stone Soup’ is an old French folktale in which hungry strangers convince the people of a town to each share a small amount of their food in order to make a meal that everyone enjoys.
This charming rendition is a musical set in the snowy arctic. The characters are all indigenous animals, including a clever arctic fox, an arctic lemming, a walrus, puffins, a polar bear, and a magical narwhal.
