About the Event

A cappella salute to the songs of Nashville. With 2017 international Quartet Champions, “Main Street”

The Rogue Valley Harmonizers are thrilled to bring “Hee-Haw and Harmonies: Salute To Nashville” to the Craterian Stage! With special guest star “Main Street”, 2017 International Quartet Champions.

“With a shine on their shoes, a snap in their spats and a twirl of the hat, you’ve got a date with Main Street!” Established in 2011, Main Street harkens back to the traditional style of 4-part harmony with soft shoe dance,
slapstick routines, and nostalgic songs – tipping their hat to the performances from the turn of the century song and dance men. Whether it’s the waltz clog, a silly one-liner or a tender ballad of romance, Main Street will pay respect to the creative singers,
dancers, and humorists who blazed the trail in entertaining audiences around the world.

The show will also pay homage to the classic American country variety show “Hee Haw”, complete with corny jokes and downhome costuming. Including a cappella versions of some of the most famous songs from the Nashville
songbook, performed by the Harmonizers Men’s Chorus, as well as chapter quartets and octets. In addition, the antics of Tone Deaf Comedy Quartet will guarantee an “a cappella hoedown” that you will not want to miss!
